We have yet to see any real planet gameplay. Rendering stars and asteroids is nowhere near as demanding as a living breathing city such as in AC Unity.

As a console gamer with a fairly weak pc, the envy towards pc gamers is incredibly large. I wish my PS4 was powerful enough to run this.
Those three games you mentioned all look better than SC in turns of sheer graphical quality on screen, not talking about scale here. So no, it is not the graphics king overall. In fact I can easily name at least 7-8 games that look better, like no contest.
