They should release the current model with a 20gb hard drive. The 60gb version should still be an option.

60gb PS3 - $500

20gb PS3 - $400

120gb Elite 360 - $480

20gb Premium 360 - $400 (maybe $350 by year's end)

Still is far far away from the $200-300 price tag people are looking for.

If Sony even thinks about dropping, Microsoft will drop first. Remember, they're at profit. Sony isn't. Sony can't afford a price chase.

Probably because the 360 will stay cheaper than the PS3.
