No, i mean that it doesn't mean anything that some people can't afford a computer that can run those graphical monster, because of the fact of the matter is, many computers can.

it doesn't matter if you don't have the latest graphics card in the market, it's out, the bar has been set, if you don't get it, it won't affect the people who did, nor will it stop developers from making graphics better.

ok, he didn't said in visuals.... BUT, i can still defend his view of getting a better experience.

why? cause no matter how much you want to convince yourself that it doesn't matter, 1080p is just nicer to look at, and PC games have to ability to be played in 60fps, while consoles have to get stuck at 30 fps(yes, i am aware that there are a few console games with 60fps, but there aren't that many, in fact, the only ones i can think of are Rage and COD, and i hear Kane and Lynch 2 has 60fps, but.... who the f*ck likes K&L2?).

better FPS = Smoother, Better gameplay.
