Should Skyrim have only had one dragon?

My friends, a story exists concerning jaws, it's well known. The first time people jumped out of there seats, the next time Mr Spleinberg repeated it, it had no effect.

Having recently watched the Hobbit 2, not showing the dragon for the entire first movie and showing it only at the climax of the second, gives it more of a grandiose effect.

This got me thinking about Skyrim, aside from Dragons being easy as ****, does it just take too much of a good thing... showing them off within minutes... , then repeat it over and over pretty much the exact same sequence until the magic is dead? Skyrim should have only had one dragon and made it a climatic battle, only.

A classic case of diminished returns. Agree yes? Bethesda more or less ripped off smaug without understand what made him good.

Uh, no. Why limit it to just one if you need to fight more to get to know what you're dealing with? By that logic, Mario may as well fight just one Koopa because, you know, Bowser is all he needs to fight.

And the dragons are easy? Try playing the game at a higher difficulty... as a vampire. They will f*** you up if you're not careful.

No. I agree that they are too easy and predictable, though.

I was more scared of saber tooth tiger attacks than a dragon

Same, and in RDR/GTA5 the wild cats are terrifying.

What you talking about TC

If we're going that far, then Game Freak should have gotten flak with Charizard and Dragonite who, like wyverns, have two legs to stand on, but unlike wyverns, have arms.

Besides, don't wyverns have venomous bites? I didn't see that from Skyrim's dragons.

Ironically enough, Mario voices one of the dragons from Skyrim lol

Could have been a more interesting game. Making a super power dragon that kicks your ass, and essentially becomes the main goal of the plot. To eventually conquer that dragon. Would go hand in hand with your character building. That's not the kind of game bethesda made though. So we're stuck with what ifs.
