Should IGN be held accountable for giving MCC 9/10?

they gave it a 9/10, I bought this game for multiplayer to relive my past halo means multiplayer to me how is a 9/10?

i bought the game and the multiplayer didn't work, this games been out 6 months and tournaments aren't even working.

thats a 9/10 thats 1/10 as far im concerned these sites they were paid by microsoft give a high rating to sell to fans who trusted these reviews and were mislead

I was mislead i spent 60 for the digital edition 6 months later and its still not a 9/10 its still 5/10 to me for multiplayer, how do these review sites get away with this kinda crap atleast gamespot was honest an gave it 6/10

ign actually gave it a 9 they gave MCC a 9/10 they gave crap inqusition goty

this site gave shadows of mordor goty another game that nobody bothered finishing cuz it wasn't a goty

what is going on with these sites right these sites are a joke.

Did they review the multiplayer component? Seems that's the problem with a lot of game reviews. Get the review out before the servers are up.
