In all honesty, which was the better FPS for you? I was hesitant to make a poll since SW is crawling with Lemmings, but there is small glimmer of hope left within me.

I don't have a PS3 so I can't comment on R:FoM (it is one of the few I want for the console though)
Perfect Dark Zero, on the other hand, gets way more criticism than it deserves. I bought the platinum version and it really is pretty good. It's got excellent graphics, awesome weapons, intense gameplay...sure, the character models and the story SUCK, but the gameplay is pretty great.Â
If I had to choose though, I would rather play Half-Life 2 or one of the Halo games. Much better FPSs. Â
both arent that good at all. perfect dark zero was no where near as good as the first one, bad shooter, bad game period. resistance overrated shooter i can there so many better shooters out there. but hey sony will be fine not every system needs a big shooter look at the past N64 had both goldeneye and perfect dark but playstation did better xbox had halo, halo 2, doom 3, unreal championship 2 and a bunch of other shooters gamecube had metroid prime 1 and 2 yet ps2 outsold them as well does that mean i think ps3 will win this time to, no i still think its gonna be close. but the point is a console doesnt need a big FPS to win in overall sales, it needs variety in its games, all 3 can do that.

Your joking right its a total rip of Halo and Half-Life. Not to say its a not a good game.. Cause i voted Resistance, PDZ had a good MP, but its SP was one of the worst i have ever played.
I have played them both to death. I can say out of the 360 games I had I played PDZ the most. I will say hands down Resistance is just a better game all around.
Better Multiplayer.
Easier matchmaking.
Lag Free online.( I played 16 player matches in PDZ and experienced lag while R:ROM does 40 player lag free.)
Played both and Resistance is much better. Resistance is so much better it's not even funny. Haha, gotta laugh at the guy that said Resistance changed the genre....Haha, no not even close but it is a great game.
Haven't played resistance yet, however even as a general 360 supporter/owner, pd0 was terrible. The motion blur, textures, and bad controls made me light headed. My vote is for hl2 out of principal, however none of these games were that great. Just pretty fps's with nothing that new to offer. IMO GRAW(360) is a better overall shooter than all these games.

It's better than the other choices imo. You like PD0 more than Half Life? :S Definitely, I like Half Life but it just can't stack up with Perfect Dark Zero, no way imo.
PDZ by far had the superior Online.. I voted for PDZ cause that game was amazing Huxley_00
Superior online?? Are you kidding? Your biased shows so much in your post. In PDZ the matchmaking sucks, finding games sucks, the online is slower then R:ROM, you can lag in 16 player matches and enough people just don't play the game.

My point was, we can say anything with an opinion. My opinion could be Big Rigs is better than Ocarina of Time. I'm not wrong in having an opinion, but my opinion is certainly wrong. Opinions are in many ways, only as good as the facts that they are based upon. And I really believe saying Perfect Dark Zero is, if not wrong, bad taste.

LOL, but anyways, I might add that I myself had a lot of fun with resistance. In fact, my first hour of playing resistance was way more fun than my first hour of playing halo 1Â for the PC....

No, but when sales and critical response both point to the same outcome (ie, both are high), we can usually make a pretty positive statement in pne direction. When many people are purchasing something frequently, and reviewers, who usually have very good opinions and are quite informed and experienced both create a similar conclusion, I think that there is little to no ambiguity in that. I'm not in favour of getting so post-modernist that we can't say anything with certainty.
