Immature toliet humor and sexual innuendos can be funny in the correct context. Ratchet and Clank is not that context. Played a few hours of A Crack in Time and find the humour appropriate, the story compelling and the game just mind blowing. Can't recall any toilet humour or sexual innuendos. The series has become more appropriate for kids for this generation. I like to think of it as like a Pixar work, which sure is made for kids but adults will find it equally as entertaining.
The latest installment of R&C might not have the most wittiest writing in the series, but you have to applaud Insominiac for catering to a much wider audience without alienating gamers who had played the early R&C games.
Also, ever heard "Unicop" on the radio station while cruising in outer space? Absolutely hilarious :)
Are you kidding? ACiT has some funny moments in it. The humor isn't aimed at people your age... It's more towards the kids who watch shows like SpongeBob and other Nickelodeon shows.
ACiT is actually my favorite ratchet and clank game in the series. The story means something in this one and the weapons(although smaller in lineup) are more focused on practicality while retaining the 'powerful' feel.

That and you can colour some of them, which I find awesome, because I am easily amused :P. I've only just started the game, I love R&C though, and Quark is awesome.

Disagree completely. The focus of Ratchet and Clank has always been to blow *hit up. Ever since the first game, that's how was how the game was suppose to play and how it was marketed. I find it hilarious when people try to compare to other true platformers like SMG when they are completely different.
Yeh, it should focus on platforming, I'm reading the back of the box of the first one right now: WITHER OVER 36 WEAPONS AND GADGETS to choose from, it's not wonder Rachet & Clank have itchy trigger fingers. its simple...lots of enemies to shoot...lots of fun weapons and gadgets...and you get to blow **** up! Burn, bomb, blast or obliterate your enemies. OH YEAH, Go ahead. Blow it up. BLOW IT ALL UP because it aint the size of your weapons that count...it's how many you have and better yet... HOW YOU GET TO USE EM'. Obviously they're focus has been platforming since the very beginning, they should go with that.

I think Ratchet and Clanks humor is great. It has an excellent set of storyline. Fair opinion is the gameplay is basically as before but its still fun and action packed.
