Yes, the controller is set into it, it's just a ridiculous looking plastic shell. Makes me laugh how Wii owners were constantly mocked for all the tat they had but now it's on the PS3 people think it rocks...is this all need? or do you need an actually PS3 wand too?

I just ordered it. Will be here when KZ3 arrives. I have the original shooting accessories but they make my hands sweat like crazy and the grips are too small for my hands. Looking forward to this since it is fully digital and not using mechanical buttonshiryu3Nice sig :P

It got an 8.5 on IGN. bleehumNo surprise there, it was designed by Guerrilla and Zipper. This is the first gun attachment I've seen that's actually worth paying for.

It's just a wii zapper for more money.FightingfanNo. The Wii zapper doesn't do digital button mapping or have a firing mode selector or have a stock that wasn't made for kids. There's no digital trigger, or realistic pump action. The Wii Zapper is just a cheap piece of plastic that holds the Wii-mote in place. This thing sharpshooter was designed by comptent game developers not a third party trying to make a quick buck. This is the real deal. It's so damn sad Nintendo made such a mockery of motion gaming that now people can't imagine someone actually doing it right.

Exact same concept, you're holding a plastic toy gun to shoot at the screen.

"...one factor always distinguishes the best from the rest: digital button mapping,Physical trigger mechanisms and button passthroughs, while effective to some degree, are prone to a variety of issues, the least of which are input delay, imprecise button depressions, and, of course, physical wear and tear. With an on-board processor and direct digital connectivity with the Move controller via its mini USB port, the Sharp Shooter is immune to a lot of these issues."

There are a number of ways why this is different than the Wii. I'm not saying this is some amazing device, but it better than the normal gun attachments you find for the Wii and so far for the Move.

Anything can be the "same thing" as another thing if you stretch the comparisons wide enough. Toyota=Ford, a Tiger=Lion, Earth=Mars, etc etc[QUOTE="Ilikemyname420"]

Virtually the only thing that's been done to separate it from a Wii Zapper is that instead of physically hitting the buttons on the controller it passes the commands through USB. I guess you could split that into a bunch of things like digital button mapping etc. so it seems like it has more things to set it apart but in the end it's still just a Wii Zapper with a few added buttons that uses USB instead of physical button passthrough. The device is better than the Wii Zapper, but that really isn't saying much when the Wii Zapper would still have been a hunk of crap even if it had the improvements of this hunk of crap :P[QUOTE="WreckEm711"][QUOTE="babyeatermax"] her durrrrrrrr. Wow :o I remember you guys laughing about Wii add ons like this and now the PS3 has them you buy into it? you must have terrible short term memories (or at least extremely selective).

Buttons do the same thing, gun serves the exact same purpose, and performs the exact same function in exactly the same way. Distort fact all you want, it's the same thing with different button types. Nice waste of money you've got there
Gentlemen, don't know if you've looked, but that a mof***ing Nerf rail attachment on top. For scopes and other hardcore stuff. Really.
And do you think it'll work with lefties?
Not interested, all that (a Move controller, a Nav and a peripheral) is too rich for my blood.

When you say you guys, are you generalizing or do you actually see individuals acting the way you described? If it's the former, that seems very pointless.
