WTF! 100k sups? how was that even possible? man i must hand it to you watching your videos sure says a lot on how much work you put into them i really need to learn that and get at recording but my slow internet and being busy with work almost every single day including weekends gets me lazy as hell.

It really does come down to how much work you put in. My internet is slow as hell too (takes up to 15 hours to upload 1 video sometimes) and I am super busy with college but taking the right time out to just sit down and do it pays off. Plus it helps that I've been cranking out 2 videos every single day for months now so consistency plays a big role too. There's always something new for people to watch and it's always a lot of variety
It's gotten to a point now where the channel self sustains itself and the size of it alone keeps it in top searches. I think if you search Skate 3 on youtube some of my videos are on the first page. Same when you search "Oculus Rift"

at least you got that much :p. Though to be honest im not trying to make a job out of this I just enjoy doing my reviews and unboxings. It just takes me alot of time cause of work and depending on the game im playing.

That is exactly the mentality to have with it too. If you go in trying your best to just get subs and fame or make it your job then it will never happen. You have to be enjoying it and having fun and those need to be your key motivators.
I hate seeing some youtubers who treat their channel too much like a business and their subs are nothing more than statistics or dollar signs to them
