The game exists. Hidetaka Miyazaki and half the Demon's/Dark Souls team have been working on it since Dark Souls came out. They chose not to do DS2 and move on to this game, that's a fact. Whether it's actually Demons Souls 2 or PS4 exclusive is another matter, but it exists

There was also a gaffer who went through the credits of both titles and deduced many of the Dark Souls developers were absent from Dark Souls 2 credit.. But that's neither here nor there. This is the main guy who directs and designs the games
