Overall, pc best RPG platform?

yup,PC got D:OS and Wasteland 2 recently,and PoE and Torment later

Yup. All the CRPGs (which is the superior form of RPG), and everything else.

Bloodborne, Persona 5, and Xenoblade Chronicles X won't be on PC, so no, I wouldn't say PC is the single best platform to play RPGs on.

Pretty much this. Divinity, Shadowrun, Wasteland 2, all the Fallout games, all the multiplatform games that are always best on PC, mods, community campaigns for all kinds of games....yeah. Not sure why this is even worth discussing.

Yeah its strangely impressive

Witcher series is a hack and slash game with great story and light RPG elements. You don't even get to play yourself you 'are' Geraldt whether you like it or not and the magic system is a hilarious afterthought designed to augment the frenetic hack and slash.

I refuse to call those modern action oriented RPG as 'RPG'... because they lack depth.

Just because they are simple doesn't mean they don't have depth. If anything its those complex RPGd that are susceptible to Min Maxing and other forms of Exploitation.

that is not the depth I'm talking about, I'm thinking about depth as in non linearity in gameplay and deep theme; Torment is the perfect example on what I'd call true RPG.

Forgot to mention the fundemental flaw in Planescape actually affects the game's dialogue.... Not the combat.

PC completely trumps all other platforms combined when it comes to WRPG.

The Witcher 2/3 are console games.

Only if emulators count.
