All the negatives stated there are implemented to make the game really easy for kids. Kids don't have to worry about the camera or figuring out where to go next or doing tough combos. Cerny stated that on EASY mode the game would be incredibly easy. So it'd be nice to figure out if the guy was playing on easy or hard or if he knew at all. If Knack was really a one-button wonder I probably wouldn't have seen so many people die while playing this game.

That's disappointing. It looked like it may have been a charming romp once it received a pretty big price reduction. 

I'll try it if it goes free on PS+ in the future.

Why would anyone be surprised by news of this game sucking? The Sony fanbots blabber on and on about Sony's first party dev's, but we all know the PS4 will live and die on the creations off one Dev...Naughty Dog!! Garbage platformer to begin with.

Once I saw how the game looked and played, it was all downhill from there. Nothing remotely impressive at all, at least to me, especially given the powerful hardware involved. :(

It's prequel will be Knick... It's sequel will be called Patty Whack.

Probably with good reason. Last I saw, it looked like skylanders, but without the somewhat interesting monsters.

Don't care, still getting.

I thought it was interesting but the gameplay was generic and seems to lack any challenge

I'm expecting at most a 7.0 from gamespot

Knack looks so uninspired and generic, people must be excited because the creator did Crash and Spyro...

Skylander was fun for a while. This I would probably enjoy, but for a limited time.

Sort of sad, but not totally unexpected. It's really the only PS4 launch title I was interested in. Second Son can't get here soon enough.

Not surprising in the least. I watched that one gameplay video, and I don't think I can recall ever being so underwhelmed by a glimpse of something that was alleged to be a big deal. Looked like a game designed for toddlers, in every aspect. Had to stop watching, lest I fell asleep. I actually thought for a minute that the gameplay reveal might have been a joke.

Do you even know how wonderful 101 plays? This looks nothing like it.

Actually, it kinda does -- a far more boring version of 101 with the whole assemble together and attack gameplay aspect. Only difference being that Knack seems to assemble garbage parts. Might not be the same core gameplay style at heart but there are at least a few similarities to not dismiss resemblance.
