Great score, totally exceeded my expectation based on the demo.

Oddly enough, very few people here actually cared about it. And I'm pretty sure that a good chunk of guys using this game as "ownage" will never even pick it up.

Its just an ace in the hole for the metagame. Totally out of the blue.

The good thing is that in the real world this game is picking up some popularity. Hopefully we'll see more games like it!

First AAAE JRPG on PS3 ?

I'm not interested in this game but good for PS3 owners who are JRPG fans

I think the one and only game I've ever played that was even remotely similar was Dark Cloud 2. Loved it. The turn-based combat in this game is a little iffy for me, but damn everything else looks so good. :cry:

Seems more like truth.

I doubt this game will be forgotten in a month though. So many PS3 owners bought the console assuming it would be the jrpg spot. Its been a long time coming, but it seems they finally have their game.

I just called Fred Meyer and am having them hold a copy for me until 10 am tomorrow. They only have 2 in stock, I'm glad they were willing to hold one. I'm under the impression that this game may be a bit hard to find because no other retailers around me have it in stock. Of course, there's always online retailers like Amazon and Ebay, but I am just going to buy it tomorrow in the store. This game, Xenoblade Chronicles and The Last Story are all games that I feel obligated to get right out of the gate. Missing out on Metroid Prime Trilogy kind of scarred me.
