if I may ask, how was 07 different from 08. imo, 05 = 06 = 07 = 08 = 09. they are all the same. still using their PS2 engine, same animation, same graphics, same gameplay, same presentation.

Well not really.. HCTP = 06 =/= 07 = 08 = 09. They removed a lot of content for 07' due to it being on about 5 platforms and they never really regained what made pre-07 games fun to play.

FF13, Madden is on its 15th season or something, Mega Man games, Fifa games, PGA games, NBA games...theres lots of rehash.

I haven't owned a wrestling game since Here comes the pain. Mainly bought it because of Goldberg's inclusion. He kicks ass on that game.

But this game just seems the same as 08, which I hated.

Wrestling? Pfft. Fun when I was a teen.

The show right? The shows sucks like crazy.

The games are pretty fun.

Are you able to break up and interupt all moves yet? Like if someone is about to catch a suplex am I able to to run over and hit the guy preventing the slam?

I've never bothered to even give Smackdown a chance because the games never had this feature. So I'm wondering if the games have had them in recent installments or are getting them now.

Otherwise I'll just stick to the Wrestlemania Games on Gamecube with the 2 v 2 Tag Tornado's.

I rocked at it, loved being in McMahons shoes and bookin my own show. No reason to get it now, it's like Madden with no owner mode.
