I'm thinking Lair. Only because there just haven't ever been any good dragon simulator games. Panzer Dragoon Saga was the best IMO, but that was more of an action-RPG as opposed to an open world flight game like Lair.
I think people have high hopes for it. Killer 7 just had so much atmosphere, it's hard to describe. Either way, Suda is driving the hype more then anything. The same way bioware is driving the hype of mass effect, although to a greater extent.

Lair is the popular choice in this thread, I can't help but feel the same way. It's getting the hype since it's exclusive and is looked at as one of the games to jump start the PS3 in 07. There will be many great games on the PS3, Lair will probably not be one of them. Â
No more heroes looks like a corny rip off of GTA with Killer 7 weirdness. There's like 5 people in the world who want that combo. And they're already in Prison.
I'd have to agree with most people on here and go with Lair. I'd say "No More Heroes" would be a close 2nd. Even though Lair looks pretty good, I think the controls and gameplay are going to suffer especially using the Sixaxis feature to steer your dragon around. Another game that may flop is Too Human. I'm surprised that wasn't on the list.

I only included the ones that are being hyped the most. No one is hyping Too Human, I mean no one.
It's really hard to choose, they all have a lot of potential. I'm hoping Lair will be good in the end and am anticipating it since t's being made by Factor 5, the guys who did the 9.4 scoring Rogue Squadron II for GameCube. If they tidy up the few rough graphical edges and perfect the tilt controls, it could be a damn good game. They still have a few months of dev time left - look what that did to Gears of War and Motor Storm in the end.
Whats with all this hate for Lair? Flying Dragons game? That sounds like a fun time if you ask me.
Heavenly Sword is the most likely to flop since it looks like a God of War clone.
Lair is made by factor 5 and the last game they made got a 9.4.   The most likely to flop after that would be No More Heroes. Killer 7 was freaky and unique but the gameplay was horrid. It was on rails and had a terrible shooting interface.Â
I said Heavenly Sword because to me it looks like a rip off of God of War, the female main Character has the same exact weopon as Kratos so it doesn't look like anything new to me, it will probably get AA but it is hyped AAA by alot of Cows.

Look at Drakengard. Coming from Factor 5, chances are that the game is not going to suck... and as long as it doesn't it's likely to sell pretty well. As far as floppage... I don't think there are many ppl hyping this game to be AAA as it is. But I do expect it to be AA.

I think that most PS3 owners (and those that enjoyed those types of games on the PS2) are looking forward to it... but a lot of the ppl on this board prefer shooters ;-)
lair looks decent. mass efect flopping? i dont see that happening. Bioware know what they are doing, they have always made great games ( nobody bring up the jade empire score please, that game was severly onderrated, imo it deserved at least an 8.9) isnt heavenly sword made by the guys who made kung fu chaos? we all know how that turned out..... I know nothing about no more heroes however.
No More Heroes is my most anticipated game but I can see why some might doubt it:
Top notch story, artisitc style and characters is pretty much a given knowing what SUDA has done in the past, but gameplay is another story, however I'm hopeful the wiimote might finally make SUDA shine in that department. If the gameplay can be just as good as story, art and characters, then it's gonna be one fantastic game.
