The Japanese text state that the Koopa Kids are Bowser's minions; they are not related to him.

I really hope this game isn't really short like the DS one.

Or that i have to do something special in order to make it towards worlds 3 and 6 i mean wtf. Just let me play though the whole game and have secret levels, dont cut off entire worlds and make you feel like your unlocking something by getting to play the proper stage next

Then what about Koppa Jr.? He's in the game too? And in Mario Sunshine Koopa tells Koopa Jr. that Peach is his mommy.
