Most hated game developers?

For me it would be Activision I think they have milked a lot of their franchises now we all now the situationof MW2 and all the "special editions" and first day add on packs and now they want to make a new franchise Band Hero. i dislike Activison a lot but i am pretty sure a lot of people dislike it too

I hate Sega, and Bioware.

Probably Valve for there stance on the PS3. Denying Millions there excellent games particularly L4D....

Next up Relic/THQ which ever Devs DOW2. They implemented a terrible system for DOW2 online! I cant even play that game online due to Windows Live.... Not good not good at all, i would take legal action against them if i could find something to nab them on bunch of prats.

YEah thats it the other tend to be quite well behaved.

Oh add one who ever made COD WAW for the PS3 good god could the freind function be any worse its a complete and utter joke!

Ubisoft and Epic Games.

Ubisoft are doing nothing but dumbing down their games for no reason.

Epic Games has Cliffy B.....Thats reason enough to hate them.

They get my instant hate.

You do not become the largest 3rd party developer because all u develop is trash even with Blizzards help.

As far as dropping Sony. I say power to Activision. No need to have to pay $500 million every year in royalties to make games for the lowest selling software console and handheld. Also to add to it the console that is the most costly to devlop for.

As far as the developer I choose. I have none. I choose games not developers. I love Blizzard but if they made a sucky game I would not buy it. The same goes for a dev known for bad games if they make a great game I am all over it.

Activision (Craptivision) for milking their franchises and overpriced dlc, sadly they've merged with Blizzard :evil:

Ubisoft (Ubisuck) all their games lately weren't presented well and were dumbed down.

Haha yeah because the hatred for Activision has nothing to do with what they're doing milking MW2 and the price increases in the EU region to purchase the game? This is the same Activision saying the PS3 is too expensive but I guess you don't see the hypocrisy there.

Activision has recently really pissed me off. i mean, they announced Band Hero before Guitar Hero 5 come out?

Because I don't like their games.

HATE is a strong word.... But I don't respect Tomonobu Itagaki nearly as much as some posters here do. I think he is a little too cocky and talks too much for such a shallow dev. I don't really feel like his games have alot of depth. A shallow fighter and NG which I feel is overhyped. Its an OK game but its difficulty is extremely fluffed with cheap A.I.Javy03

I have the completely opposite opinion.

He is my favorite developer, period.

I wish SEGA would get rid of Sonic already, but they did publish The Conduit lol.

Yah I never really like ubisoft. most of their games are over-rated.

Activision for me, CODMW2 was a must buy for me until they said it was going to be £55, now im not even sure if i want to pick it up anymore.

Valve and activision, my fav is ascarion or ascaron I forget, they made sacred 2 which is my favorite game. Volition is AMAZING to. They made the red faction series, best shooters IMO especially red faction 1

easily Ubisoft... They dragged one of the great franchises into the ground this gen (Prince of Persia) and made one of the most overrated yet broken/terrible games this gen (A$$ Creed)

developers: high voltage software (for making the poor sheep think the conduit would be a good game)

publishers: Activision for becoming the new EA, but worse

I'm gonna say treyarch, I've hated every one of their games except Spider-Man 2mmirza23

Hate is a strong word...But not strong enough to explain my feeling towards the Sonic Team if they were a single developer!

Rare might be amongst the most hated if they alter more of their Franchises for the "Better" like they did with Banjo-Kazooie Nuts & Bolts.

Neversoft, Harmonix, Data Design Interactive, Zushi Games, there are a lot more.. Mostly shovelware devs.

I dont even count sonic team as a developer anymore theyve gotten so pathetic :(

also I dont like Activision, I didnt mind them untils they started trying to get Brutal Legends cancelled, that imho is the most d bag thing anyone could do, abandon you for the dead and then FINALLy right when you start picking up the pieces of your game and actually think things are going to be alright for you they turn around and sue you for having someone else publish your game.

um developed, not sure IDK what games Sega develops and which ones they publish, they DID just port Virtual ON to the Xbox which was one of my favorite dreamcast games back in the day so thats a plus for them.

Activison is a publisher folks not a developer :wink:

My most hated developer(s) are epic, their games are the epitome of shallow overrated garbage.
