Mass Effect 3 vs FFXIII-2, Which One You Will Buy?

Two biggest games of Q1, both RPGs, which one you're looking forward to and will buy day one or close to release or preordered already? I'm trying to decide myself at the moment, interested to see your answers.

Oooh this is a tough one.

I never finished FFXIII, but at the same time I thought Mass Effect 2 was a step down from Mass Effect 1.

I don't particularly love either franchise at the moment.

But I'll probably just get Mass Effect 3, if only so I can see the rest of the story unfold.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 for the Sexbox-3sexty.

Seriously though, I loved FF13 but hated ME2. So really, there's one logical choice here and it's the new FF.

Mass Effect 3, seeing that I thouroughly enjoyed the last two, though a Steam release would be much appreciated, since i own those games on Steam.

I got Mass Effect 3's collector's edition pre-ordered for PS3 a long long time ago.

looking forward to the end of this trilogy.

Will get it on Steam sale down the road as well. One of those very few games i'm confident i'll play multiple times again.

on January 31st when FF13-2 comes out. i'm buying Never Dead instead. looks more exciting and interesting. so yeah.. i'll take my chances with an unproven IP.

Easiest choice ever; Mass Effect 3.

Not getting either, but if I had to choose, FFXIII-2 most likely.

Easily... By far... The furthest... ME3.

Still, i'll pick up FFXIII-2 eventually :P

Oh, and i'll be picking up ME3 on PC and 360... I have lvl 60-30 game on both :P

FF for me. But not at release. Probably won't be buying ME3...at least for a long time.

XIII-2. Not a fan of ME, and I quite enjoyed XIII.

Mass Effect 3 I'm picking up day 1, on the PC. Despite the doubts I have about getting it so early, I loved ME1, played more ME2 than you would think by hearing me talking about the game, and want to see how Bioware will tro.. errrrr I mean, how the story ends.

FF13-2, will wait for reviews and reactions, I liked FF13, reached the final boss in a few days playing almost nonstop, then lost interest and I haven't touched in a year. I don't even know how the story ended.

I'm going with the one with the 3 in it.

Mass Effect 3 on the 360

Both, but only ME3 on launch. FF XIII-2 comes out a few weeks prior, so I'm probably going to pick them both up on the same night.

Now the real question is to get it for pc or my ps3. Have my saves on the ps3 but pc just blows consoles away with the looks and fps. (ds3 plugged in my pc)

Just recently completed a Paragon/Renegade playthrough on both ME and ME2.. and I'm still going back for more.

ME3 might be the first game I ever pre-order the collector's edition. For PC of course.

Time to go for a 3rd playthrough of ME2 on Insanity.

Anyways, probably wont be getting either, but if I had to choose then ME3 PC.

This will be the first time I skip out on a single player Final Fantasy. It feels strange giving up on a series that I've been playing most of my life, but at this point I'd rather spare myself the disappointment and spare the people who do enjoy it from having to put up with my rants. I'll save myself some time, some money and avoid the almost inevitable frustration of experiencing SEs dive further into mediocrity.

I'll just sit this one out and wait to see what FFXV brings.

I will end up getting both eventually, even though FF13-2 comes out 5 weeks earlier, I'll still get ME3 first.

Mass Effect 3 on the PS3 by a long shot and I liked/like FF13. I won't be getting it day one because I want to wait for some reviews, and maybe a price drop before making a decision to purchase it.

Where's the option for both??
