The huge library of fun games.

Main reason I would not get a 360 as a gamer. ^^

RROD and not enough games that appeal to me, well there are two; NG2 and Dead Rising but NGS2 is coming this year and I might as well get the sequal to DR which will be multiplat. I know 360 owners say that their system has the best games but I dont see it, there more Wii titles that appeal to me then anyhting the 360 has.

Why don't you show all of the main reasons. Do you not know, or you (choose not to display them)? (what word discribes this?)

Together the Wii and PS3 have more games than the 360. Alone the Wii has more games and exclusives than the 360.

I play every game worth playing on it (other than halo 3) on my PC or PS3... and it's always better because it looks and runs better and/or it's free to play the game online. Also... controller batteries? Wtf?

i dont get how ANYONE can say "lack of games" as a reason theres tons of them suited to all tastes

RROD worry of isnt much of a reason as it just means you dont have your 360 for 2-3 weeks :/ so what

other hardware faults (disc scratching etc) ive never had any prob with my 360 presides 3 cases of RROD no disc scratching etc

paying for online - yea it is a pain in the ..

wireless adaptor - it is not nessesary you can get online without one :/

bluray - i got a blu-ray player for 99 pounds a few months ago there cheap now

battery recharger - £9.99 :/

RROD is my main reason, so I couldn't vote. Why would you not include that option? It is obvious to everybody that RROD is a big reason a lot of people don't get one. Games is my second reason for not getting a 360. It has nothing I want that i can't get on PS3 or PC.

Since I have a gaming PC, I feel that it's unnecessary to get a 360 since they share many games (most the games that I'm interested in anyways).teh_VU

More or less in order.

RROD, Disc Scratching, Noise, Paying for On-Line, Over-heating, Colossal PSU, Proprietary Hard Drive, No HD or BluRay, No Wireless.

While I do own and love my 360, I can't blame anyone who doesn't buy one out of fear of getting the RROD, E74, scratched discs etc. Sure it's covered for 3 years by Micro$oft but considering the failure rate of the 360, I personally feel it should be covered for up to 5 years or more. I know electronical devices will fail eventually, but if I'm spending $199 plus, I don't think it's unreasonable for methe customer to ask for a product that they don't have to worry about breaking on them at any moment. That being said the 360 has plenty of games for it to warrant me taking a chance on getting one despite the failure ratings (plus it's the cheapest on all the next gen consoles) not to mention I wanted to have a system that played RE5 when it came out.

I had an Xbox 360 but I don't think I will be picking it up again unless they do a few things. One of them being not having to pay for live when I used it quite sporadically. The second reason is I don't want to have to pay $100 for wi-fi. I could use a wired connection but I don't like having wires running all over the place. They need reduce RROD and e-74 (if they're not the same thing) to less than 3%. I understand consoles are not 100% problem free.

Good morning:

Please do not create duplicate, response, or fad threads.

Fad Topics: Fad topics are not allowed. Creating fad topics will result in suspensions. What is a fad topic? here's an example. A thread is created '10 reasons why Microsoft is a failure' (nothing wrong there) then another thread is created '10 reasons why Halo is failure' (a fad is slowly beginning) then another thread is created '10 reasons why Brawl is a failure' (a fad trend has started). Before we know it there is a whole flood of similar threads with similar wordings.

Cheers,

Boz
