# Final Destination is now 100% completely confirmed.
# The ordering for character weight that was shown a few days ago lists the percentages that it takes to KO that character with Mario's Side Smash from the center of Final Destination.
# Wall Clinging is confirmed.
# Mario can be KO'd at 17% by a fully charged side smash from King Dedede. So from the characters we know, Dedede's fully charged Side Smash is the most powerful move in the game.
# The Pokemon Trainer's pokemon all get fatigued at about 2 minutes, even if you dont move them. They all show visible signs of fatigue: Charizard lowers his head and wings. Squirtle drops his front hands to the ground. Ivysaur's bulb withers.
# The Famitsu magazine confirms the starting roster is the 23 characters on the Dojo. (minus Snake and Sonic, and including Zero Suit Samus and Sheik)
# Once fatigued, a Pokemon becomes much slower.
# If you do an aerial dodge the precise moment before you are hit by an opponent, it will reverse the attack.
# The game allows you to access the rules menu directly from the character select screen.
# When Sheik attacks with certain items such as the Star Rod and Beam Sword, she swings upward twice with a single motion.
# The damage percentages were determined in training mode against a dummy CP and do not take DI in to account.

Every single person seems to be weaker than last time except maybe Zelda. This is % lived without DI. I mean, with correct DI almost everyone's gonna be living to close to 150 - 200%? O_

Well, just because the send-off isn't as high doesn't mean they'll live longer.

It's a new technique. Basically, a character can cling to a wall before performing a wall jump. Think Megaman.

Anyway, some of those percents are crazy. Zelda Fair killing at 67%!!!!! Dedede at 44%!!!! WTF?!:shock:

I think a Wall Cling is when you do the Wall Jump but don't jump, or else the Wall Cling is when you are about to be KO'd if you use your Grab but it has to be like Zero Suit Samus whip or Link's Hookshot and then you could grab onto the Wall to save your self it was in Melee and I used to always do that on Fourside with Young Link.

zelda's aerial kick was one of the most deadly moves in smash bros melee

i'm not at all surprised that its still powerful in brawl

There wasnt for Melee, but remember, Brawl is a whole new game. It could happen this time. Although, I dont see it happening for Ike. Reports say that he is simply too slow for competetive play.:?

Speaking of high tiers, it looks like Peach's down smash has indeed been nerfed (or should I say fixed?). I mourn the loss of my beloved Death Dress. :(

Sonic and Snake aren't Starting Characters so they didn't list there stats, the starting characters are the ones listed now excluding Snake and Sonic.

EDIT: OOPS, I have got it the other way around :lol: I read "King Dedede can kill Mario at 17% with Side A". And Side A is at 44%.

Ah, so this game is more balanced than I thought.

Most of the really strong attacks are slow or easily avoided. Same with characters(Ike is especially slow). Plus, these percents dont take DI into account. So, if you have good DI, you'll probably live longer(most people are saying characters in Brawl die around 150% most of the time.)

you're analysing the stats wrong

yoshi is one of the weaker characters

a lower percentage means a more powerful attack

The damage isn't new to me. Having played the E for All demo and watching the newer videos, I learned already that you wouldn't be killing enemies at around 100% or less even like in Melee. Lots of people barely started flying not till 150% at e for All. Winners of timed 2 minute matches had only one or two points the most (unless their final smash was used properly killing all.)

Thank god (AKA Sakurai) the Dl is lower. I got really pissed dying with Kirby at 70-90%.
