@djoffer123: You do realize there is multiple games in the trailer? kh4 starts at the 4:05 minute mark as mentioned in my initial post and def doesn't look like a mob game.

Is kingdom hearts 3 worth playing if you haven't played the spin offs.

I'll be honest, I haven't played a couple of the spin-offs, like KH χ, Dream Drop Distance, Re:coded. Alternatively, you can just watch it on Youtube to get an idea of the storyline before you play KH3.

I like KH but 3 was a big disappointment.. hopefully they do better

@robert_sparkes: story makes zero sense, more or less requires you to study a few hundreds hours worth of YouTube if you want to have a grasp of it. That being said the individual planets/themes are pretty good and well worth it imo!

KH3 was a bit disappointing until the end where it tied everything up nicely. This looks like a new beginning. Very much interested.

I've always told myself that I would eventually play the entire series, but with every release it seems more and more unlikely. Still, this trailer looks good.

Sigh still Sora? Meh not impressed will wait till they release a cut down price version. At least coming to PS as seen by the circle button layout in the trailer but who knows SE do love sharing their IP exclusively with highest bidder.

Square Enix is becoming nuts they made Kingdom Hearts 1-2 remix on switch cloud only they are f'ing insane they don't care about money the Pixel Perfect FF1-6 aren't on switch either they just dont care they dont want our money anymore

Comparing a PS5 game to a Switch game is not exactly a fair comparison is it? The comparison is KH3 to Mario Odyssey if you're going to make it, and even then, not even remotely the same art style or type of game.

Art style is very similar as in cartoonish and realistic all in one game. But i am sure you already knew this.

The reason why i am saying this is because each time i mention the fact that its not ok for Nintendo to be this far behind in power, you always have a random sheep pop up with some stupidity such as "Mario doesn't need 12tflops to be fun". I mean, Nintendo doesn't even use AA in their 2022 titles, and you're gonna tell me that this little thing wouldn't improve Mario and everything on a Nintendo system? The amount of jaggies on a Switch is what i used to see and hate back in 2006. We in 2022 and nothing has changed from them. Laughable.

Who would have thought someone would be so butthurt about Mario Odyssey that they would bring it up in comparison to Kingdom Hearts.😖😂

I had fun with Kingdom Hearts 3 so I'm really looking forward to this one. Hope it releases on PS4 but hopefully PS5's will be easier to get ahold of by then. Haven't played Melody of Memory yet or that DLC for KH3 so I'll be picking those up too.

They will be moving the game to Unreal Engine 5. According to several outlets, the debut video was made with the game running in Unreal Engine 4.

The original game came out in 2002, and it's now 2022 and we still don't have a single resolved storyline for any of the major main characters in the series besides Xehanort. I've now been waiting 2 decades to know how Sora's story ends and I'm over it by now. I'm tired of being drip fed plot through dozens of spin-off games.

But in another way, I heard KH4 will be adding Stat Wars stuff in it so this is enough to get me on-board for KH4 to say the least. Sora needs to get a lightsaber keyblade. Also has to be able to use the Force. Because why not. (Not sure about Marvel however)

It’s a fun high production value game with fun combat. I enjoyed it when I played it. The story isn’t the best but it’s entertaining. I liked the large sandbox worlds for that matter.

Disgusting. A Disney game should have a nice, colorful, fun artstyle, not... this. This is just Final Fantasy.

Square Enix is sitting in a hell of a lot of franchises and yet it uses so many resources to convolute this series more and more.
