EDIT: Some people are confused as to how these pics are rendered and what type of processing power they require. The following post by horrowhip explains it nicely:

Also, to the noobs who don't know any better, ToD tweaks cost 2FPS in the worst cases.... Reason is because the engine is doing all the same render calls just with some different variables. The result is a different picture without any extra processing compared to the "Normal" gameplay.
