As long as the game is good,a 15 hour main quest is ok by me.
Some of you are right, there is web slinging across the map and it's based of NYC. Once you guys or should I say gals realize they created a video game based off the marvel universe of spiderman and pretty much nailed it in majority of aspects you all will not have much negative to post about.
Ownership is irrelevant
Lems in 2023. Sad...
Obsessed about gamepass, betting and losing your account in 2023. Sad...

I lost my account, yes. But I'm not obsessed with anything. I don't like the Game Pass business model. But I am a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber who continues to purchase the Xbox first party titles.
Why are we talking about Game Pass in a Spider-Man 2 thread? Sad...
As with every other game made you pay what the the game is worth to you.
For some, paying £70 to play Spiderman 2 on day one is worth it. Others will wait for sales.
I do get the opinion that some people think that people are required by law to pay the day one price whether they want to or not ;-)
@nepu7supastar7: Literally everything I listed is monthly. Ownership is irrelevant to the discussion because you are paying for the experience. Renting or purchasing does not alter the experience.
It doesn't alter the experience but do you seriously believe that renting those services is better than owning anything in those libraries? What if you actually loved one of those games or movies but they end up taking it off the service? Being a minimalist can only get you so far..
Most Sony games are pretty short and boring. Which is why I don't mind waiting for the much better PC versions.
Zaryia's alt account 🤣
Not sure who that is, but Spider-Man and Miles Morales were quite a bit better on PC.

Yes! Then you buy. Where is the confusion?🤔

If higher quality reflections is quite a bit better then sure...I got a feeling you know exactly who that is.

I literally run them at double to triple the frames per second than PS5, that alone is a night and day visual difference. Truly vastly better.
As for settings, it's not just the significantly better reflections going by DF. There is also better shadows and antitropy.
$70 for a 15-hour game I may actually roll credits on is better than $70 for a 60-hour game I abandon after only 7-10 hours due to bad pacing.

Just trying to gauge the importance of ownership on your end, is all. Cuz for a minute there, it almost sounded like you totally lost your marbles.
Wait PS5 fans are so dumb they think 30 fps isn't that different from 90? What? How isn't that quite a bit better?
If its that better you'd be able to prove it with a screenshot, like i can prove Ratchet visuals being far superior to Starfields. Go on, i am waiting.
@Chutebox: Football (Rugby League) is my favourite. Pity it takes 4hrs for you guys to finish a 60min game, I mean you would have a few extra hours to game if it wasn't so stop start.
As for family, I know what you mean, I burn the midnight oil to get my gaming done most days 😥
Sony is baiting so much hate with this kind of Marry Janes lol. Like why the **** would you give her a males chin? What was your goal here?
@Pedro:
There is no confusion. Game pass is a renting service. You don't own any of the games. A lot of people rather save their money and buy the games they want and have them to the point where they can resell them or pass them down to a new generation ala their kids etc. You really believe 20 or 30 years from now those games will be available on game pass? They will be eating up Soo much money that it's not even funny. Game pass is not good for the players or the business of video games.

Seems like you are the one that confused. No one ever claimed or mistook Gamepass as anything other than a rental service nor has anyone had any misunderstanding of game "ownership" when using the service. If you want to buy a game at full price because the game is worth keeping or sell it(paying a premium to rent a single game) to purchase other games, knock yourself out. Passing down games to the new generation... OK, you obviously can if that is the thing for you. What eats money is purchasing single-player games at full price. 🙃

Not sure how any of my comments would lead you to believe that I have lost my mind. 🤷🏽♂️
All of this nonsense is because I called out the third-generation alt on his nonsensical statement.😂
The first games main quest is about that long. But with this style of game, why would you rush it like that? To each their own.
I will gladly pay the $70 and enjoy my 40-50 hours of fun. I’ve paid for movie tickets recently, the time to cost ratio is much worse there.
