well when i say exclsuive i never count the pc, it's a given most games on 360 goes to windows also.

There was a poll,or something similar, held quite some time ago, and it was ruled that the term 'console exclusive' would hold no weight.

This game is going to flop hard, you dont hype the MMO genre like others, no matter how good it looks in screens/videos/paper ... it can still flop flat on its face, the ebst thing to do is just ignore any hype, and one day find out theres an awesome new MMO out thats actually doing well.

That hasnt happened since World of Warcraft now though :lol:

No, but I'm sure theSony fanbase would love it if people really believed that. To say something is a 'console exclusive' is to also discount the PC. The PC has as much of a right to be in this little petty war as the consoles. Also, if one can say a game that is on both a single console AND the PC is a console exclusive...couldn't it also work vice versa? It cancels itself out, practically.

I dont think there are any MMOs coming which are exclusive to any console. I mean even the Agency a MMO developed by SCEA is multiplatform.

consoles are made primarily for one thing, games. pc's are multi purpose and gaming on them is just one facet so therefore i dont count pc's when talking about games. we all have a pc, so why have a console? because we use our pc's for other things, like keeping our lives and porn in order. i dont care what some poll says, console exclusive is word i will use, so there

It doesn't exist b/c a gamer can play the game without owning the console, period. Take your signature for instance... 2008 will be a pretty difficult year to pity PS3 owners due to the fact that they can play most of your games without spending the money on your system, while most of the games lems wish they could try will not be available for them to try on PC.

Well PC's are not usually used for gaming. Of course some people use their computers for gaming but the majority of PC owners use them for work.

If the same version of a game came out on both mobile phone and a console then mobile phones WOULD count. However this is not the case. It IS the case with PC though... and the superior version is always on PC whenever a game is released on both console & PC. So your argument holds no weight.

yeah probably cant be done on the PS3 because of dev issues, so best on PC, and if you dont own a PC and have a 360 which is a large amount of 360 users, you get this game. Either way, the game isnt being enjoyed on anything other than a PC or a 360.

i suppose it cant exist because of all the confusion it causes as it is ambigous. Some people may see it as being exclusive to consoles only ie. ps3,360, wii. Others may see it as the exclusivity to one particular console even if the game is on the PC.
