inFamous 2 will have Ice and/or....UPDATE

inFAMOUS2 Gameplay Details-
-YOU WILL HAVE ICE OR FIRE POWERS! You come to a point in the game where you choose to pick either one and play the rest of the game with them!

-The Powers from the first game are deff tweaked, the shockwave looks alot more focused and can go longer distances then before. Grenades and Bolts look alot quicker and smoother and more effective

inFAMOUS2 New Features-
-New Partners(represent good/bad) have powers of Ice and Fire

-The Good/Dark story looks alot more different, two completely different looks to cole, two completely different looks to the world, different missions and story.

-POSSIBLE: Good or Bad character from the first game will carry over to this game! He didnt say it will but what he said was that they looked into it and deff want fans to look foward to that...so maybe they will??

I felt like it didn't matter. The powers in Infamous 1 really felt irrelevant, and not too different. That was one of my biggest disapointments about Infamous 1. It didn't feel like it mattered if you were good or evil, and the differences certainly weren't big between good or evil.

not sure though if you can have combinations of both fire and ice. since in inFamous 1 you're either a Hero or an inFamous, and there's no hybrid between the two. i hope there is one, but it'd prolly be impossible since it's contradictory.

Do you play up to that point and switch it out - or just play as Electro-fire/ice hybrid?

prolly because you can't defeat the Beast with just electricity.

For Moral Choices, you can go back and forth but the power choice is a one time thing I believe.
