I do not appriciate rich company charging me 100 dollars for wireless adaptor

i am just a regular consumer. and i just want to play online. but my room is far from my router.....sigh

I have a 70 foot ethernet cable myself. It cost under $100. If you don't want a wireless router you should look into getting one.BumFluff122

but yes I agree, theres no reason for it to be 100$... but while people still buy them, MS has no reason to drop price

I have a laptop. Setting the bridge every time i want to play is too much hassle compared to just turning on every other Net enabled device in my house.

An ugly 100s foot big ugly cable going from the third floor to the first would make my place a little less pleasant place to live on.

I hardwired my 360/PS3 with a 100 foot cat 6 cable from monoprice for 15 bucks..way more consistent anyways..

If a set-up requires wireless...get the adaptor...or use the suggestions found in this thread....

I wish the PS3 did not come with wireless ..the cost of the unit would be less expensive and for people like myself that does not use it..I would have saved some cash..

When they first launched the ps3 was £425 and the prem 360 was £280. And at that sort of price the ps3 sold almost nothing until the price dropped. Not sure the 360 would have sold if it cost £350 from launch because they added wifi.

The only prob is you then upset everyone who had to buy it when you add it into the system plus the cows would go crazy on sw if it happened going about ms doing over its older customers.

You can't please everyone. Also I think it should have been included with the Elite from day one. I don't know why people payed so much more just for HDD space.

And seriously, who cares about SW lol. It would be a good move by MS I think.
