Hyperdimension Neptunia Rebirth 2 coming January

Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2: Sisters Generation will launch for PS Vita in North America on January 27 via retail and digital, and in Europe on January 28 via digital and January 30 at retail.

The PS Vita remake of Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 adds a new story, revamped battle system, newly voiced characters, new playable characters, and also supports PlayStation TV.

I don't think you can ever get any farther from a "great JRPG" than Neptunia.

This series is shit. Wish we could get some good JRPGs on the Vita and not this trash.

Buying one of those games for the PS3 was one of the biggest mistakes I made last gen.

@Newhopes: it's not the same thing. They did a remake that was much better. This second one is also a remake.

The series isn't great, but Re;Birth 1 is fun as hell. No reason to believe this one won't be good too.

All they did was change the combat system to a version from the later games, and combat was only one of the many many thing wrong with those steaming piles of trash.

@Slashkice: Amen to that, honestly the whole playing the PS3 version excuse is crap considering even the fans hated the first one, the ones post-Victory have been gettng better and better

the vita version is actually very different. I actually liked HDN Rebirth 1 for vita. Its a funny lighthearted jrpg. Its not very fanservicey at all.
