How exactly is biosock and metroid 3 better then halo 3?

I saw about a million topics of Metroid and bioshock players saying that gamespot's review of halo 3 was biased. Well...halo has a great multiplayer that will last most players years, while Metroid 3 is nothing new, a standard fps with no online, and bioshock, while being a great game, has almost no replay value. How can those 2 games be even on par with halo 3's amazing multiplayer...?citizen-zero

Bioshock and Metroid don't have multiplayer, so a comparison would be irrelevant.

Halo = Generic MP shooting game.

They aren't. People just use the bias card because they're don't want to admit that Halo 3 might indeed be better.

They think that just because Halo games are popular that they suck.

I own MP3. [I speak for myself] I really don't hold the games in the same regards as Halo. Halo encompasses a very different objective. For what SSBM has done for fighters, Halo has done for FPS in the casual gaming world. SSBM has allowed four player fighting competitions and consistent winners around excellent combinations of speed, gameplay, and fun. Halo did the same for the FPS realm.

Halo is just plain bad ass in four player competitions. Talk smack, back it up. We can't do that.

Metroid is so much more focused on just our single playered expoits. A selfish Halo.

It's not, the TC has obviously never played a Metroid Prime game, otherwise it wouldn't have been said.

You have no idea about MP3 and it shows in your writing, but Halo 3 added alot more than MP3 like the edit mode, replays,and tons of new weapons and vehicles along with and ok stroy and steller multiplayer. MP3 and Bioshock and fantastic and way better than Halo 3 in the single player but overall Halo 3 has more to offer for a much longer time.wooooode

Plasmid use isn't as complicated as it sounds, and most of them are pretty straightforward. It's like in Halo, which weapon would be most useful, should you dual wield or use a single weapon, is using a vehicle a good idea.

mp3 has better gameplay

bioshock is more innovative and has a better atmosphere better story etc...

halo3 is really just getting praised on its replay value alone.

UT, Quake, and CSS are generic? Maybe so, but it doesn't keep people from playing it for years.

Don't ever remember turning being generic into a bad thing, but you say like we're saying Halo is a bad game. It is not as good as BS and MP3, IMO, but it's still fun. And that IS what counts.

Hypnotize big daddy is alot more fun, BTW.

And if you mean what you said, you have never played Bioshock.

I got Bioshock on day one.

And I didn't like Hypnotize's EVE use too much so I just activate the security and use that one plasmid (it's a blue ball but I forgot what it's called) on them.
