How many of us Hermits are thinking about picking up a console? Some of the games I saw at E3 look pretty dam fine, some with no PC release window.

Yup. PS4 is a definite for me. It's wait and see for the XB1. My kids are moving toward handheld (3DS) and smartphone gaming. I guess no WiiU.
PC + Wii U = Best Combo.
Seeing as the PC will get at least 90% of the games being released on PS4, you can make up your mind on that one. Also depends on how much traditional Japanese development the PS4 gets.
But for the biggest range of great titles; it is PC + Wii U.
That wasn't the case last gen, so I don't why it be this gen. PC will probably miss most fighters, jrpg's and action titles that grace the x86 consoles. Considerably more games than what ever Nintendo has to offer...if last gen was any indication.ÂPC + Wii U = Best Combo.

Only currently interested in Xbox One, and a 3DS.

I'd include a Wii U, but I know two people who have a Wii U, so I'll be able to play any Wii U games I want to play.

What??? 0.o? This notion that PC will get 90% of the games available on x1 and ps4 is funny. Let's look at this generation. Filled with mutliplatform releases between PC/Xbox 360/Playstation 3. Now that the PS4 and Xbox One use mainstream PC hardware and have API's that are similar to PC API, you think that number will drop? No. The number will increase many folds. It will even be cheap enough for indie developers to have mutliplatform releases. Now the 90% number is not an accurate number, but it just means that A LOT of games will be multi-plat. The ONLY logical thing that will keep a game single platform is contracts with the first party. But even then...we are seeing some of those contracts be in regards to console. There were many PC + Xbox One or PC + PS4 games announced at E3.[QUOTE="ShadowDeathX"][QUOTE="lawlessx"]
