EDIT: nevermind his last name is O'Conner, so I am guessing he has some sort of Scottish in him. Born there or not his accent is very faint.
He is Scottish, and he has a Scottish accent, though it has changed over the years.
Its really hard to tell, if he was born in Scotland then he must have moved over at a younger age, people tned to lose their accent while in a new place for a while.

I don't think there were that many on the Pillar of Autumn anyway, because they had to scram from Reach due to the surprise invasion.
In saying that, it looks as if the animation has to stay the same (i.e stiff 2001 movement) due to the dual-rendering technique they're using. It could look kinda odd....

I wouldn't say its full of humans, as they where getting attacked at the same time, so I am sure lots of people got left behind

One not-entirely-surprising bit of news from today's Halo 4 panel at PAX and Halofest is that a Halo 4 multiplayer beta won't be included in this fall's Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Editions. "A lot of people have been asking about this, and we probably should have clarified sooner," said franchise creative director Frank O'Connor, "but there won't be a multiplayer beta in the Anniversary Edition." Given Halo 4's target release date of late 2012 and the fact that Halo betas usually hit about half a year before a game's launch, this year's release will fall much too early for the inclusion of a public beta.

Personally I think that explanation makes no sense, but as it stands, Anniversary will not come with the Halo 4 beta.

But its also the highest priced HD remake i know of and by far. huh? well considering the fact there are very few actual remakes on the consoles...and none that I know of are as cheap as 40 dollars... and come with the entire multiplayer component of a current generation game..

Turok and Goldeneye control nothing like modern FPS on consoles. I tried playing Turok again a year ago. I don't remember how I was able to play it back then.

Yeah that's a shame about the animations, though I the pillar really never looked lived in, in its grey unrecognisable military corridoors; even by the personal on board; but that's a problem with so much sci fi.
