Halo 3 = The death of the PS3

Halo 3 will not sell much more 360s. Already, we're seeing the selling rate of the 360s level off, because many people who bought it were previous xbox owners. Many, many more people are getting the wii, and even the ps3.

Does Sony have anything to counter the mighty onslaught of hype Halo 3 will generate? The hype and anticipation for Halo 3 will be greater than the hype for even the 360 and PS3 systems when they were launched

Millions of 360's will be sold within the 1st week of this game being released. And if Microsoft is smart enough to drop the price of the 360 around the Halo 3 release... it's a wrap for sony

Does Sony have anything to counter this thing? Please don't say metal gear 4 because that game as hyped it is... is no where near the hype of Halo 3. plus with a $600 buck system.. it really won't sway too many people to purchase PS3's the same day or anytime soon

Halo 3 will never be like Halo for the Xbox. There is far too much competition this gen and Halo 3 doesn't bring anything new to the table, unlike Haze and Bioshock. Halo 3 is just a glossy Halo 2 infact I guarantee that Halo 3 will be the Zelda TP of this year, gamepot-wise.
