The Bad

The story is repetitive and it's the same as tomb raider. Everything has been done before and beaten to death. The graphics are too good for an adventure game. The lack of multiplayer also makes me not want to play it for more than 4 hours and the worst of all is that the game is on the Ps3.

The Good

Nice voice acting and beautiful graphics. The best adventure experience game available on the Ps3.

It SHOULD get 9.0-10 but here, who knows? I wouldn't be suprized at all if GS dealed out a 7.0the_new_neo

BTW my 360 is a launch console and still running fine for almost 2 years now. I love playing all my AAAs... mmmmm

Gamespot is like a bullie and PS3 is like a nerd where the bullie keeps pushing the nerds head under water even though he's an awesome nerd.

Given All the PS3 reviews so far and GS total hate toward insomiac. With Resistance & R&C. Here is my review.

Good

Solid controls. Pretty visuals.

Bad

I got lost in the Jungle for hours. Repetitive looking bad guys. Repetitive controls. Repetitive action. Couldn't grasp the story. Story was only 15 hours. The load time of when you first boot up the game took 5 mins omg.

On a personal note, the only thing I HATE about Drake is on one of its trailers the old guy says "G D." Ya know the Lords name in vain. Games don't need to cuss in order to keep my attention. And going that far is just plain dumb.

While there was controversy around lair and motorstorm and stuff, that went away as more people actually played the game. This R&C review is totaly left field, and completely clashes with every other review out there. I think that is logical basis for some kind of doubt of the quality of reviews we are recieving. if a game like this can get such a horrible review (not just the score, but the very poorly written review that went along with it), how many other games have been underscored/overscored here on gamespot? there just isn't any credibility to their reviews anymore. It's just like that jerk on Biggest Loser, who gained 17 pounds when he was only supposed to gain a small amount. He blew it BIG time, and as such, blew his cover as a saboteur. Gamespot is doing the same thing, only the anti-sony fanboys are trying to cover it up as mere "damage control", when it's much bigger than Ratchet and Clank.
