Gran Turismo 5 Delayed Till 2009, Ouch, Sorry PAL

One by one the PS3's 2008 game line up is continuely getting picked off one by one, and GT5 is a big one that has been delayed till 2009 and beyond. Sorry UK gamers. But atleast you still got the demo I mean GT5 Prologue to look forward too, ouch.

I keep thinking the actual game will never release and they will just go ahead with the first GT5 distribution plan of selling downloadable tracks and cars individually.

Logically I know I'm wrong but I just get a creepy feeling and flashback to when that plan was unveiled and we were going to have to pay $900 to own every track and every car.

Ah well, this will most likely be disappointing to my fellow UK gamers but it's no big deal in the grander scheme of things. I certainly wouldnt got making a doomsday thread about it.

Well that would suck if true, the source is an e-mail from a retailer after all. Basically, how would this be any different than EB Games listing Final Fantasy XIII for December 1st?

That, and the purpose of the e-mail is to get people to buy GT5P based on the prospect that GT5 won't be released for a long time.

Play-Asia.com has the Japanese version of GT5 Prolouge. That's where I got my copy.

Yep. Most likely they'll delay it for all regions so they have no choice but to buy the demo I mean GT5 Prologue.
