2007-Sony will show off new trailers of KIllzone 2 Metal Gear Solid at e3 new home vids but will fail to razzle dazzle the crowd, Microsoft will show off Gears of War 2 trailer also it will show off a new game from the Halo universe that was created with the help of peter jakson. Also it will anounce a partership will Konami to bring Metal Gear Solid to the 360. Nintendo will pretty much be ignored at e3 due to the fact that its appeal has gone down. XBox 360 Drops its price in the fall time to about 100 dollars less then the premuim. NIntendo sales slowly start to fall.

2008-Ps3 drops its price in time for Metal Gear Solid has a big impact on sales. Ps3 sales start to move out of there slump. Microsoft sold already over 20 million consoles with the price drop and with the help of games like halo 3 and gears of war 2 in the coming months. Ps3 sales hit the 10 million mark at around the end of Christmas. Nintendo sales start to fall dramatically. Ps3 is now at 500 dollars and 360 is now at 300. Sony losses more third party support.

2009-sales start to slump for the ps3, Wii drops its price from 250 to 150 sales go up for Nintendo. Square is bought out by Microsoft. New Final Fantasy games xbox 360 only. Microsoft stops supporting HDDVD even though sony continues to support Blueray the format is being outsold byDVD players and a new format introduced by Toshiba. Sony starts to rethink there ps3 plan.

2010- Sony Files for Bankruptcy due to lackluster ps3 sales and loss of about 20 billion yen from there gaming division. Nintendo Manages to hold strong but ends up last place Xbo 360 gets the number one spot and although the ps3 is cut off by sony is manages to gain number 2

Sitting at home hoping the system that rips them off ends up destroying the competition and then no more good games come out.

Look at Madden, they had an exclusive football license and they're games started to get worse and worse. Now if MS was the only company making consoles, first of the console would cost $900, they would sell it seperately and then charge $100 for all accessories and then package blank discs in nice game boxes with beautiful game art for $30 then charge $80 for content to put on the discs.

I could go on and on about how MS rapes your money, but you would be to stubborn to realize it.

Oh and XBL would cost $500 a month, they would put Master Chief on the card because that'll make it sell.

2012 - The gaming industry increases in sales a 448% compared to 2007. The new atari console fails to appeal to the general public and gamers... etc etc

E3 2008: ninty, sony, and microsoft are all out of the console market and replaced by atari, sega, and the company that developed the 3do.

E3 2009: jack thompson becomes president and bans gaming in the usa.

E3 2010: jack thompson is assassinated and replaced by carl johnson, who then re-legalises gaming but limits console games to gta only, rest of the games where considered quote "too violent to be played" .

Nintendothen keeps announcing editions to classic series like Pikmin and Kid Icarus, and keep on pumping out simple games for Casual Gamers. Wii Rises to the top of the charts.

Xbox 360 digs itself a grave. They keep on pumping out decent games, but everyone is to addicted to Halo 3 to buy them. A few people buy Gears of War 2, but after that, they are just surviving on Xbox Live profits alone.

Sony and Nintendo step up their online, and the Xbox 360 is dead. As a last ditch effort, microsoft creates a handheld. It fails miserably, because it is Microsofts first handheld and the DS and PSP are already out there going strong. Sony buys Halo and Gears of War. Microsoft now has enough money to last a few more years, but then dies forever.

Up to the part about people be too addicted to Halo 3 sounded like it actually could happen. Matter fact, up until MS fails at its first handheld. Sony wouldnt need Halo or Gears either. Whats the point of having your ex-rivals exclusives when they died out?
