there's no story in Forza, so it can't be a pre-quel just a rushed sequel.

Forza 4 looks almost as good as Forza 5 sans resolution but that's because it has more features.

However GT6 trounces both of them by far.

In regards to the Storefront and Auction House

Designs are put in front of you every time you buy a car, and you can search for designs/artists. The Storefront is just gone in the sense that you no longer have to pay for the designs you use. Designers still get paid.

That is stupid. No story means it cant be a sequel either. Its just this consoles first Forza, the 5th that has been made. Is Madden 2015 a sequel?

Forza 4 didn't have day/night cycles nor weather.

its a shoddy and rushed sequel, something consoles are known for. (which is why consoles have less aaa/aa games than pc)

Look at the side-by-side comparisons of the cars that Turn 10 put out. It's night and day. The only downside is that modelling them so well has reduced the total number of cars in the game.

Yeah actually Madden is. Just like the real life SB's are technically sequels. Involving many of the previous years players, but with a different outcome.

Who cares, the whole series blows.....it's just eye candy, the game mechanics and controls suck, Gran Turismo series is far superior in every way.

@speedfreak48t5p: exactly! I will laugh so hard if it happens with GT6 - unsure if this is the case as have not been bothered to even follow the game. GT will always be remembered for 'bumper cars'.

Whole lot of preemptive damage control from TC. Reviews will be here next week along with tons of hands on impressions. I don't think it will be perfect by any stretch, but it is surely going to be the best looking, most technologically advanced racing sim to ever grace a console. Anyone thinking otherwise is simply uninformed.
