Does Bioshock+Halo 3+ Mass Effect= the unbeatable Holiday system Sellers?

All exclusive, all available for the holidays, all AAA. Do you guys think these three games will put microsoft back on top after the holidays?

To reiterate:Bioshock is a "system seller" because it is a system exclusive.

IMO all 3 are better than any other game coming out for anything coming out this year. Don't know about ME yet, but if it's as good as advertised, wow. By far the best 3 of any console this year.manningbowl135

All I know is 360 is going to crush PS3 sales for the rest of the year, 360 is a beast at the moment.Bioshock, Halo 3, Mass effect, PGR4.

Pretty much. The Wii may have Brawl, Galaxy, and MP3, but after that the list drops off big time. Even after Halo 3, Bioshock, and Mass Effect, the 360 still has PGR4, COD4, Orange Box, and Assasin's Creed. They may not all be exclusive, but they're great additions nonetheless.

I don't think bioshock or mass effect are system sellers. they're dandy games, but the people that wanted them most likely already have the systems.

those are all aewsome games and really none of them alone are system sellers but combined they are. when people see that fall-end of year line up it makes them want to buy a 360, 3 amazing games in a time frame. blues3531

I don't think Bioshock or Mass Effect is on the general public's radar at all. Sure, they will probably be incredible games, but everyone I talk to has never even heard of them. Only Halo 3 is a genuine system seller for the masses of those three, the other two have a more hardcore appeal to them.Vyylent

What do mean by probably? Bioshock is already out and it is increadible.

The only real reason PC dosent get the hype like Halo is because these games are really only know by the PC gamers so if all these games are promoted like Halo, Mass Effect which it will be, and like Bioshock was you would see the sales of the 360 and PS3 drop.

i've said this elsewhere and i'll say it again: MS will sell 3 million+ consoles this holiday season.

last year the 360 did 1.5 million in holiday sales with GEoW being the biggest title. this year, it's halo friggin' 3. halo is not a new IP, it is an established franchise and THE biggest franchise on the 360. the hype/marketing machine is in overdrive right now, there is no way halo 3 won't sell more systems than GEoW.

take that together with the fact that ME, a serious AAA contender (from bioware no less), is also coming out in november, and the fact that neither sony nor nintendo have anything worth noting coming out (don't kid yourselves they've got nothing that will surpass halo), MS has 3 million+ on lock, easily.

If I had 10.00 for every time some one said that about a PS3 game then I would have enough money to buy a PS3.
