This is a solid line up of games. Nice to see Xbox Game Studios has 2 games in their top best games for 2021. Though I admit I haven't heard of Demons of Asteborg. What say you fellow SW fans, a pretty accurate listing?

Yeah I don’t recall hearing about Demons of Asteborg either. Anyway Forza Horizon 5, Metroid Dread, and Psychonauts 2 are definitely excellent games. Haven’t played the other games yet but Returnal and Guardians of the Galaxy look great too. Personally I’d put Resident Evil Village, Halo: Infinite, Monster Hunter Rise in there.

I will play Returnal once it hits the bargain bin. I hear it's rather hard, and I suck at hard games. If I am going to rage quit, I think I will wait to spend less :)

Psychonauts 2 was ok. Ill finish it eventually.

It's definitely going to be interesting to see what game actually takes the lead in GOTY awards.

That is true. This Xbox Game Studios game is also on PS4 (and BC on PS5), due to previous contractual obligations. Luckily, Xbox received a native Xbox Series X release.

P3 will be on the Xbox ecosystem only though.

Systems wars has turned into company wars: Sony vs Microsoft instead of Playstation vs Xbox. It's a good thing Sony doesn't make PCs anymore or that'd be really confusing. Imagine playing all of Xbox studio exclusives on a Sony Vaio? Lol

@x_hedon: Lol I had one about 8 years ago and it was a solid laptop. Just got an Acer nitro now which seems to be ok. Would have preferred an Asus but went with the cheaper unit.

That would be a stretch since Sony Vaio would be running Microsoft Windows and not Sony Windows.

Asus seems quite popular these days. I personally prefer Mac. But I just use computers for browsing the web.

Yeah these lists are from the view point of one person at DF not the team as a whole.

What I find funny is that DF makes their whole purpose to talk about graphics and performance, and both Alex and John's list had games that looked like they could have ran on my 386 computer. Not that I am complaining about that, if they find it fun, then more power to them, it just struck me as funny.
