Coming Soon to a Console Near You(July 2010 Edition)

Welcome to another edition of "Coming Soon to a Console Near You" for the month of July. This article will entail all the games that are releasing for the month of July in accordance to their release date(prices shall also be posted in conjunction as well). Some titles may not have been listed due to their release dates not being announced at the beginning of the month or for other unknown reasons.

To keep things interesting, list what titles you plan on purchasing this month and which title you believe is THE game of the month. Crackdown 2 get's my vote and only purchase for July, but if I had a fairly adequate PC, Starcraft 2 would have my vote.

Well, the 27th is the shipping date, most people can't pick it up in stores until the 28th. Unsure about steam though.

*All the dates are a day after the initial shipping days, to prevent gamers from going to a store on day one and being hampered in waiting a day.

Maybe nothing for me I might wait for the games I want from that list. But if I did probably Star Craft II I liked the previous title and expansions.

I still need to finish the PS2 version of the game, but this might keep me company instead. :P

Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty is miles ahead in terms of quality, content and fun. ;)

But I'm still very interested in Disciples III: Renaissance, The Silver Lining (fan made King's Quest IX), Dragon Quest IX and Monkey Island 2: Special Edition.

Dragon Quest 9 all the way, it just looks fantastic. And I think Blacklight Tango Down is coming out this month (XBLA/PSN/PC), which I will get as my multiplayer shooter (since I sold MW2, and BC2 hasn't been played in months).

Lost interest in Crackdown 2 after the demo.

Lackluster month, besides Starcraft II, but I've never played a Blizzard RTS so it does nothing for me.

Definitely BlazBlue: Continuum Shift. My PS3 is eagerly waiting for it, especially "Squirrel Girl".

Out of that list, Starcraft 2 is the only one that peaks my interest, but my PC won't be able to run it properly...
