meh, glad i dont have to argue about which console i have got has the best textures, why not stop arguing over second place and get a pc to see it looking its best.

Hard to say really, Crysis is rumoured to be pushed back to November, In either Nov/Dec/Jan the 9800 series comes around (I think) ... so you could keep your 7900 for DX9 , and wait for 9800 to be gaurenteed to have very max performance on Crysis (Something I bet alot of us would have done if we could predict the constant delays :roll:).

lol, tell me about it, i never know when to buy in the pc market, but 6 weeks ago i just thought "meh" and went out and bought a 8800gtx. Even though i knew the 9800 would be outat the end of the year i found it hard to justify the 5/6 months wait. Will have to get one next spring/summer methinks.

sence when are they going to make a halo 4? what part of "finish the fight" do people not understand....

maybe not 5x better - but they definitely look better on the 360 IMO. i wouldn't be suprised if the PS3 version has lower res textures than 360 for SP.

It is off-screen so you can't get a good look at the textures, but the atmosphere and framerate are identical to the 360 version.

Pic comparison of each version in multiplayer. Play close attention to the textures on the car.
