Man it is hard to choose... but as of recently, I would have to say F.E.A.R. I mean, come on, a frigging real time Nuclear Explosion? How the hell do you beat that!? And then Alma climbing onto the helicopter...priceless.
The ending for freespace 2 where you make it the jump node before the sun supernovas. The ending video gives you a huge sense of achievment when you do it your first time.
