Weirdest preorder bonus or what? I get it, it's a racing game, but I would think a lot of the people playing this don't even drive yet lol.

I bet it's aimed at parents who would see this as a bonus for buying MK8 for their children.

Hey that's just $10 to a lot of people. That's pretty good.

But yes, pretty weird demographic to be targeting. I guess parents would be persuaded, so I can imagine it working.

smart idea but what if im 9y old (the average age of Mario players)? Its a free ice cream i want, not fking gas for a car i don't own!

Why do you guys think its only good for parents, are you really that immature to believe Mario Kart is just played by kids? The opposite is the case, Call of Duty is the game which is loved and played by kids, not Mario Kart anymore. This is obviously targeting at older gamers which were grown up with Mario Kart games.

That's a very odd preorder bonus, it's $10 off the price though so it's more useful than most.
