Day 1. Demo is great and I love these type of games. High scores and skill based gameplay > cutscenes and QTEs

Never had a chance to check the series out and it's being released (first time I believe) on PC. So yea, mildy interested.

It does look good, but the maps look a bit empty.

Is it meant that you play these maps with other people (coop/online) present on them?

No interest in it on my end. I wasn’t interested in the games back then and not interested now. Skateboarding just isn’t my thing.

In probably a year, when it comes to Steam.

Nothing against EGS, just can't be bothered to sign up for an account and stick another launcher on my desktop just for games I only have middling interests for and/or can wait a year for.

@PSP107: Just one of those games don't get round to playing, happens to a lot of folk presuming.

I'm guessing that it's meant to be empty like the original THPS 1 and 2 which I was never into.

THPS 3 and 4 actually had people in them which made the levels in both games feel more alive.

But for me, THPS 4 is the only one in the Tony Hawk games (Just to be clear I'm referring to the Tony Hawk Pro Skater games only and not the other Tony Hawk games such as Underground 1 and 2 and the rest after) that I liked since it allowed you to freely roam the maps unlike the other three games.

I really hope we get a remaster of 4 in the future.

No day 1 for me, and perhaps never. However if i do get it, then it will be second hand so CRAPtivision doesn't get any of my money.

Back in the day I had the disc version for PC I didn't have to go through garbage Epic Games Store and Tim Sweeney.

PC gamers just demand better for yourselves thats embarrassing you have to buy games from that crap store id rather get it on ps4 from sony than epic games.

Day 1. Was a little kid the last time I played either of these. Nostalgic feels, and all that.

Day one for sure. I still remember getting the demo disc at my local mall then driving home and playing for hours. I didn't even play whatever game I went to buy first. One of my favorite series and I hope it does well enough to warrant 3 and 4 being done too.

I definitely want the game, but I don't wanna buy it via Epic. I'll probably wait for the Steam release, or maybe just grab it on PS4. I miss the days of chilling and just playing some TH.

I went from a day 1 to a I'll get it at some point. Might pick it up for $20 on a black Friday sale or something. That list is growing ever larger.

I think I'll be a little too busy, since Crusader Kings 3 launches in about 18 hours.

Plus it's on EGS, so I'm happy to wait at least 12 months. Maybe I'll pick it up in a Humble Bundle in a year and a half?

@R4gn4r0k: After all the bumping into the npcs futzing around the city in the Skate games, I say their absence is a selling point.

I'll get probably get this when it's on sale, but more looking forward to 3 and 4 next year. And that is definitely coming next year.

I'll wait for the Steam release, unless it gets reviewed crazy well and everybody loves it and I can't wait, then I'll get a console version. Looks great.

And for those asking, yes, the series has been on PC before. I'm looking at my old PC-CD copy of THPS2 on my shelf right now. Pretty sure it's still installed. I was playing it less than a year ago. As an older PC game, it doesn't have good controller support, and using the keyboard is a bitch for a skating game, but the Steam Controller fixed that.

$80 on PC or $50 on PS4. Wtf since when has PC games been more expensive than console
