It's games with lives. Obviously you don't put any value on his since it's okay to shoot him for resisting arrest when being known to be tied to a homicide, being known for carrying weapons, and running to a daycare.

Stop leaving out details on purpose to make him a victim. He was involved in a homicide who his brother later pled guilty.
