Are you gonna get one at launch? Or wait?

As we all know the price's by now 499.00 for the core SKU

And 599.00 for the premium package

what one you gonna get and when?

I'd choose to wait so the prince drops and all bugs of the first production models are dealt with.

Sony is always good about customer service, so I'll bet that any bugs will be quickly revised. I took another job just so that I could get a PS3 and an HDTV. And insurance for my car and some other...minor things. I should have more than enough by next week if all goes well!
