Theme from US-UK store

Hi, I'm new here. I'm Italian and I have an Italian ps store account. I found a theme that I searched for years in every platform, a theme that change with the season, called All season calendar (it cost like 2$).

Problem: this is available only in US and UK store. I really want this theme, but I don't want to risk a ban, my ps4 is new, I bought last month.

How can I do?

2. Buy a PSN card from that region

3. Buy the theme

No, its available on the PS4.
