So suddenly everyone loves Heavy Rain?

I know I always have (just check at my sig :P it's somewhat old. Indigo prophecy FTW!), but i seriously would like to know what changed some people thoughts about this game .was it the demo? was it the beautiful gfx? was it the great story that awaits you? I remember just a few weeks ago when everyone were hating on this game.

More people are getting hyped closer to release. The only people hating were the lemmings.

The demo seems to be changing minds and turning some heads so far, not to mention the people that come on here talking about their experience with the demo to people that haven't played it. I think Sony and Quantic Dream made a good call putting out a demo for the game. If you REALLY want to see how people are feeling, just wait till Thursday when everyone's had a chance to play it.

I've been interested in Heavy Rain since E3 06 when I first saw the announcement/interview trailer.

I've been drooling over the game for years now. I always knew that it would be masterful, and the demo reaffirmed that for me.

My demo impressions?

A: As a demo? a bit boring and really short (though there's replay value)

B: As a part of the game? great! i love how everything is coming together.

So the demo wasn't so special to me but i know i will love the game as a whole.

Ive been waiting for Heavy Rain since the February Issue of Playstation Magazine all the way last year. It was the first time i had heard about it and when i saw the words "Dark Thriller with a Mature Adult Story" I was hyped. Its been a while since a really good Story driven game (That isnt Metal Gear Solid) has come out and im looking foward to it. 15 more days till it comes out!!!!

I was always going to get it and was hyped about it. The demo just reinforces my decision. Amazing game.

I never hated it, it looks pretty sweet.

i'm still a little skeptical over this game, i feel i'd rather read a book based off this game then play it, but i'm trying to stay positive for games like this and give em a try, cause can't totally knock it till ya try it

there are too many good games that are coming out this year I might not be able to get it by launch date. But its a game that I've been hyping for.

I think the story is gonna be boss. That's why I'm suddenly excited for it.

Interesting game, not sure if ill buy it yet. But even my mate who has a xbox360 wants it.(he loves story driven games) Ill wait for more reviews then wait for it to drop in price if i get it alittle low on cash atm.

I had my eyes on this game since the "casting" video. Now i wanna watch it again.

It's one of the reasons why I still enjoy gaming.

Yeah dude the game has been loved ever since it got announced. The only hate mostly comes from 360 fanbois that wont be getting such an amazing game.

I'd love to hear someone say "I'm hyping this game because i liked omikron: the nomad soul!". that game was ahead of its time IMO.
