PSP Slim or PSP (Fat): which is better?

So which is better? In terms of the battery life, how comfortable it is to hold the thing for a long time and its durability.

SLIM's Advantages

TV-out - watch tv, whooo!.
More Ram - faster loading times
Battery Capacity - longer battery life
Better Controls - DPad is slightly higher
Lighter - ofcourse it won't strain your wrist
Skype - PSP phone
Sounds better - Speakers have been moved
Go Messenger - internet chat
Update Reliability - better chance of new firmware compatibility
Newer Accessories - also has a better chance of new accessory compatibility

PHAT's Advantages

More Durable - if you like using it as a hammer
Solid Memory - memory looks(just visually) less flimsy
Cheaper - ofcourse its cheap, its old.
Nothing else - And basically the opposite of what Slim has

How durable is the slim? I know my phat has taken some hits and is still goin strong. Is the slim the same way?HashBrownie89

The metal chassis has been removed from the slim to make it lighter/slimmer so it will obviously be less durable then the phat.kashim26

i choose PSP pHat (FAT) because... for me... the date released does not matter... the important thing is that you enjoy playing it ,even i did not owned a PSP 2001(slim) i asked my friends who have PSP SLIM and... 7 out of 8 said pHat is BETTER their reasons why did they say that pHat is BETTER are....
-1.) somehow pHat is More COMFORTABLE.
-2.) Batteries are more ORIGINALY DESIGNED.
-3.) Aperantly less destructable.
-4.) Lot more CHEAPER
-5.) MODS in pHat has HIGHER numbers than slim.
-6.) sometimes pHat has LONGER battery. - and lastly...
