Playstation Store - The service is not available in your country/region?

So I try to access the Playstation Store, but it won't let me. It shows the logo when I click it, then it says "The sevice is not available in your country/region". Why is that? I live in Toronto, Canada. I have an existing PSN account, and I was logged in with it. Also, when I click on Account Management, all it says is error.

getting the same problem here in the UK, my US account also doesnt work. They might be updating? or it could be a bug, i cant get onto account setting either.

Tried to log in on my PC........ Network down for maintenance. Hmmm! multi region maintenance........Not seen that before!

Edit: Yeah the same things happen to me i can still log on but can't access the PSN Store or my Account Managment, coincidently when I'm trying to redeem my Battlefield Bad Company 2 Beta :(

Yep it's happening on the UK PS Store.

Is because there's a maintenance going right now, I got that info from Playstation Twitter Chanel

"SonyPlayStationPlayStation Store's undergoing regularly scheduled maintenance for a few hours today. We'll update when completed. Thanks for being patient."

all (uk,usa,jp,and hong kong) stores are not working . i think that they are updating the store .
