New owner, recommend games?

As someone who has never owned any playstation console, which games should I play?

So far I'm thinking about getting the god of war saga collection.

The God of War Saga is a great place to start, seeing as they are great games and don't really take that long to finish. I would suggest taking a look at the recommendation thread at the top of the page. You should find your answers there and you can feel free to ask questions there as well :)

Although it's maybe worded a bit harshly, I gotta agree with the sentiment... TC, you've obviously been on these forums for a while (level 43) - You should know better by now. Also, if you want reccomendations, you need to tell the community what genres you enjoy for anyone to suggest games accurately. You're not a noob, get with the program.

Two games I'm really enjoying right now are Far Cry 3 and Hitman: Absoloution!

God of War is a great series. You should also get:

• Uncharted 1, 2 & 3
• Resistance 1, 2 & 3
• Killzone 2 & 3
• Infamous 1 & 2
