My birthday list

So, my birthday is in a few days(18 WOOOO!), and I wondering what games I should get. I can get about $100 worth of games. Right now I'm thinking:

MGS4

Bioshock

Dead Space

I already have LBP, Burnout, CoD4+5, Ratchet and Clank, Resistance 2, Fallout 3 and probably a couple more I can't think of :P

I know you don't know 100% what I like, but what do you think about my list? Other games I was thinking about are Uncharted, Motorstorm, Infamous, Prototype, or Killzone 2. So, any suggestions or do you think I'm on the right track? Thanks in advance!

P.S. I know there's a recommendation thread, but that just says "These 20-30 games are good" and doesn't really help with things like bang for the buck.

Both Bioshock and Dead Space are games you could easily beat within a rental.

Just a thought.

Valkyrira Chronicles, Infamous, and MGS4 are solid buys. Depends what you like more. And Scianix is right, Deadspace and Bioshock are probably good rental choices since they can be beaten quickly.

Rent Uncharted is a kinda short game but I really loved it, plus the 2nd one is coming, and get Killzone 2 and inFamous.

I don't think some of you understand what I meant...I need $100 or less of games. So does Killzone 2(or inFamous) = MGS4 AND Bioshock? That's the main thing I was asking, do I get a $60 game and another or 3 games? Cuz MGS4 + Killzone + inFamous = $150, too much T_T

Well, MGS4 is $29.99 since it's on the Greatest hits now so, Bioshock it's $29.99 I believe so you can get those and save the rest of the money to get either Killzone 2 or inFamous. I don't think you will be in a hurry with 2 games already. :P

Exactly, why not get gifts AND go out somewhere?

And on topic, I think I definitely want to get MGS4, and I don't really like renting games, I'd rather have it in case I want to pop it in a while from now.

mgs4 is 30 bucks

oblivion goty edition is 30 bucks

and the orange box is 20 bucks

all 3 are great games it comes up to 80 bucks plus tax and then rent bioschock and dead space

MGS4, Killzone 2, and inFamous. Nuff said.

Bioshock is a must buy. I recently picked up Resident Evil 5 and couldn't believe how amazing it was. If you want a solid RPG that plays like Fallout 3, check out Oblivion, it's pretty cheap. I think you could probably get all three of those used for around $100.
